I would like to have a membership website and would like to grant credits to my members to submit directory listings, which are managed by Mosets Tree. However, I would like to deduct their credits each time they submit a listing successfully. How can I achieve that?
What you need to achieve this:
1. Membership Control version 4.0 - GBP 59.00
2. Mosets Tree - Membership Control Addon -- Fee

- After you install the Membership Control component by following this instruction, please install the Mosets Tree Addon by going to Joomla Backend --> Components --> Open Source MSC --> Addon Management --> Browse --> browse the "MSC_Addon/mtree.zip" in your Mosets Tree Addon Zip package.
- You will then see the following screen when you install it successfully
- After that, you will need to install the updater component. Please go to Joomla Backend --> Extensions --> Install / Uninstall --> Browse the Updater component (Patch Pack\Updater\com_updater_ddmmyy.zip) in your Membership Control zip pack.
- After installing the Updater component, please go to Joomla Backend --> Components --> Updater --> Browse the file "Mtree_Update_Pack\mtree.zip" in your Mosets Tree Addon zip Package.
- You will see the following page, please select the package and click the upgrade button.
- Once installed successfully, please go to Components --> Open Source MSC --> Click the Title of one of your membership, you will see the Mosets Tree tab in the configuration panel. Please enter the total number of credits you would like to grant to the user when he/she subscribes to the membership:
- Please then click the Mosets Tree Setting tab, and enter the number of credits that you are going to deduct when the user submists a listing successfully. Then please click the Save button to save the setting.
- Make sure that you have selected at least one member in the Configurations --> Joomla Access Control --> Members section.
- Let's add the user "test" into the membership before we move to the frontend and see how it works.
- After adding the user "test", please go to the frontend.
- Now access to your login page by entering this link: www.yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_user&view=layout. Please login as a testing user.In our case, we login as the "test" user.
- Let's check the users' credits by accessing this link: www.yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_osemsc&view=member
- After checking the credits, please go to Mosets Tree from frontend by entering this link: www.yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_mtree.
- Try to browse the category in the directory and click the Add your listings here link
- In the listing editing page, the submit button will be enabled if the user has enough credits:
- The user will be able to choose whether the listing to be shown as a featured listing or a normal listing. Their credits will be deducted according to your setting in the backend. In this case, if we choose featured listing, 10 credits will be deducted from the users' account.
- Let's check the users' credits balance now:
- Now you can start earning your cash from selling the directory listing submissions.
